The oil is removed from the surface leaving a solution containing small quantities of oil and plant ingredients. These gentle waters retain the properties of the essential oils and are ideal as refreshing natural toners.
This combination especially for dry, mature or sensitive skins uses gentle, cooling Rose Water together with balancing Geranium & Chamomile Water & moisturising Glycerin. A soothing natural bouquet to rejuvenate the complexion.
Apply gently to the face with a tissue or cotton wool.
